Schedule
Friday
We'll open on Friday evening with a reception and networking opportunity for volunteers from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. We'll share information on the weekend and volunteers will select the Challenges on which they'd like to work.
And we're excited to host Matt Melis, NASA Aerospace Engineer, who'll give a presentation on NASA Scientific Imaging.
Saturday
Saturday will be spent on project/team work. We'll open the facility at 9:00 a.m. and we'll host teams until 10:00 p.m. when we have to close the facility. Teams and team members are of course free to depart before 10 p.m. as they see fit.
Sunday
We'll again open by 9:00 a.m. and we'll conclude project work by approximately 2:00 p.m. At that point, teams will develop a presentation on their solution to share with the groups. Teams will make their short presentations and we'll have a fun, group-interactive voting on solutions (with prizes!) during the afternoon. We'll conclude by 5:00 p.m. or before on Sunday.
