For our project, we are visualizing the weather on Mars in a way that’s tangible to people here on Earth. We built a NodeJS web app that pulls Mars weather data from the open source {MAAS} API. Our web app converts and displays the most current weather data available, while also allowing users to explore historical data. A clean interface was designed to present a large amount of data in a format that doesn’t overwhelm the user, and in a way that makes the data intuitively discoverable.
